Most help required is around inserting the small amount of javascript onto your web site pages that does the web page tracking. After getting your login and password from us, login:
Then Select your project and click on the Install Code from the left menu to jump to the javacript install page. Copy the code and then insert the few lines of code on your web pages. You will see some simple instructions on the page on how to do this. This hit counter code can be used on ALL web sites, whether it's html, javascript, php, cold fusion, flash, or dreamweaver.
I'm not a webmaster, how can I insert the web page tracking code?
Login and Go to your project and select the Install Code from the left menu. You will find some simple installation instructions and you don't need to be a webmaster to be able to do this. All you have to do is copy and paste the code onto each page (or into the site template). Failing that, get a friend to help you or check below for more help. We can help but will need to charge you.
I've installed the hit counter code but it's not working.
You may not have any web visitors or they have not been recorded yet. Have a friend or two visit the web site. Check it in 15 minutes and if you are NOT seeing them, check the web page they visited, to make sure the tracking code from us is actually on the page.
Do I have to login each time I use this?
Click the Remember Me link, and each time you go to ActiveMeter.com, you will automatically go to your project page.

CONFIGURATION INFORMATION
Any modern browser such as IE 6.+ , Mozilla, FireFox etc will work with our web site counter and track correctly. And because we host the server and database for you, you do not have to worry about server configuration issues.Most configuration problems are around setting the options you want used. ActiveMeter Feature Request
Use the feature request forum under the Forum tab to request a feature in future versions. We can't guarantee that it will be implemented, but don't be surprised if it is! You can also use this fourm to post comments about what you don't like.

ActiveMeter Known Problems
Once in awhile, the login after signup doesn't work J We are working on this problem but it happens so infrequently, we haven't been able to track it down. Contact us if this happens to you and we will email you a new password. Also, check the known problems forum when to track this and other problems

Cancel Account
Click here if you no longer require ActiveMeter on any of your web sites. If you just want to delete a project (web site) from your tracking, login and use Edit Project on the left side navigation.

Contact ActiveMeter
Click the contact link to send us email. We make every effort to respond to you promptly. We want your experience using ActiveMeter to be hassle free and value your time. However, from time to time (like during an update or server change), we get a lot of email. Please be patient and we will get back to you. Even better, try whatever you were doing again, it may start working again because you weren't the only one to have the problem.
Our only caveat is this: If we see email from people who have not tried to read the instructions, or keep asking questions that are addressed on our web site, we reserve the right to not respond or to request payment for support services.
